How to register

In order to register to the EAFP 2010 Annual Conference and be able to submit an abstract, first you need to fill the registration form and then proceed to the payment of the registration fee.

Registration fees and deadlines

The registration fee would be requested as follows:
  • € 350,00 for participants from EAFP Faculties
  • € 400,00 for non EAFP members

  • € 100,00 for students and accompanying persons.

Registration fee includes:
Attendance at all conference sessions
Attendance certificate, badge and congress kit
Coffee-breaks
Lunch
Reception service
Welcome Reception (wine & cheese cocktail)

Registration fee for accompanying person includes:
Coffee-breaks
Lunch
Reception service
Welcome Reception (wine & cheese cocktail)

Registration fee does not include:
Accomodation
Social dinner

June 26th excursion on Mount Etna

Payment deadline is June 11st 2010. In order to confirm your registration, we need to receive your payment or your bank transfer confirmation (by mail at registration@eafp.it or fax at +39 095 7384260) before June 11st 2010; after this date it would be possible only to register paying cash on site.

Please mention on the transfer order your name followed by EAFP Conference.

Once we receive your payment, you will be sent an email with the informations (username and password) you need to submit your abstract
